Report columns can be formatted by right-clicking on the column label and selecting from the following formatting options:-

• Format: The options available will depend on the type of information shown in this column.
  • Text
  • Integer, Decimal, Money, Bigint, Float, Numeric, Smallint, Smallmoney, Tiniyint or Calculated fields can be formatted as:
    • Integer
    • Floating Point
    • Money
  • Date/Time fields can be formatted as:-
    • Short Date (/01/06/2016)
    • Long Date (Wednesday, January 1st, 2096)
    • Month (Jan)
    • Time (1:45:00 PM)
    • Short Date & Time (16/2/2054 1:15:00 AM)
    • 24 Hour Time (14:22)
• Style
  • Normal
  • Bold
  • Italic/Bold
• Align
  • Left
  • Right
  • Center
• Text Colour
• Background Colour
• Width (pixels) - if no width is set, a column will expand or contract as best possible to fit within the available space
• Maximum characters - this option can truncate a column if the text in it is too wide to fit
